Love, land, marriage, interests. Which is important? The happiness of young people or the unification of estates, according to the peasant laws of the centuries? Love? Is it possible to build a future on the happiness of the moment? Is society, the "law of the land", common sense stronger than the bond between two people?

Director Attila Vidnyánszky emphasises the personal thread of the story, bringing the drift of emotions to life in grandiose stage compositions. The Hungarian National Dance Ensemble is responsible for the dynamism of the production. This first collaboration with the National Theatre has resulted in a unique, cross-genre poetic theatre production combining prose, dance and music.

Zs. Zsuzsa Vincze wrote the legendary film Körhinta and Zoltán Zsuráfszky is the choreographer.
