On 19 April 2023, the International Committee of the Theatre Olympics, in the presence of Theodoros Terzopoulos, Chairman, Tadashi Suzuki, Co-Founder and Valery Fokin, International Committee Member, officially elected Attila Vidnyánszky, General Director of the Hungarian National Theatre, as a member of the International Committee.

On 27 March, on the occasion of World Theatre Day, the Greek director giant, who founded the Olympics, Theodoros Terzopoulos, gifted the National Theatre with a traditional theatrical tragedy mask. The ceremony took place in the ancient Greek amphitheater of Epidaurus. The traditional theatrical mask will arrive in Hungary for the opening event on 15 April, where it will also cross the Danube as part of a breathtaking production.

Before the performance of the Tibetan opera, there will be a discussion on the tradition with TIPA leaders Dhondup Tsering and Shamten Dhondup.

The ISTA Theatrum Mundi performance of Anastasis (Resurrection) preceded by a book launch for Eugenio Barba - Nicola Savarese's The Five Continents of Theatre - Facts and Legends about the Material Culture of the Actor, with the participation of the author Eugenio Barba. 

Oscar-winning actress Juliette Binoche has had many public readings of Talking with Angels, and has mentioned in several interviews this book about four young people's questions and their quest for answers amidst the horrors of the world war. What does this Hungarian book mean for a French actor? Why has its underlying spirituality captured her? In what ways does it help the professional work of an actor and the daily life of a woman? Why does she think it's important to present the teachings of this work also in a theatrical setting? These are some of the questions Juliette Binoche addresses in the interview on her reading performance at MITEM The Matter of Light, based on the book Talking with Angels. 

The workshop aims to promote research in the sociology of theatre in Hungary. The proceedings of the workshop will be published in the journal Uránia in Hungarian and English.
